Frank Moore, Vintage’s founder and Chief Investment Officer, began serving as Chairman of the board of directors of NAPFA, the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors on September 1st. NAPFA is the largest association of Fee Only financial planners in the country and is often referenced in the media as the place to turn for unbiased personal financial advice.
